About My Clients
I find myself working with therapists, creatives, and couples. Many of my clients work in film, TV, production, and in advertising. I love exploring creative blocks or figuring out ways to problem solve through stressors with my clients. I also work with therapists and assist therapists in processing issues unique to being a healthcare provider and to improve a better work life balance. I work with many couples in both monogamous and non monogamous relationships.
My Background and Approach
Overall I have more of an eclectic approach where I pull from many different modalities and theories. I tend to work with my clients through a trauma focused lens as many of our core wounds are rooted in trauma. My goal as your therapist is to assist with gaining awareness to the problem and behavior patterns you currently struggle with in order for us to implement new ways to respond to stressors. We will work together by learning new techniques to respond to triggers in a way that is healthy. I like to use mindfulness exercises to help you learn ways to improve self regulation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that as people we can grow and change if we have the desire to do so. I too struggle, and make mistakes, and have to learn new ways to approach different situations. Growth is a process and never ends.
