About My Clients
My clients are strong, capable women and parents who are tired of just surviving. They’re juggling relationships, co-parenting, court, stress, work, and family and ready for support that actually helps. They want practical tools for anxiety, clearer boundaries, healthier communication, and a space where they don’t have to hold it all together. They’re motivated for real change and ready to feel calmer, more confident, and back in control of their lives.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and high-conflict dynamics. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is supportive, direct, and practical. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence current patterns, while building real-life skills to manage anxiety, improve boundaries, regulate emotions, and communicate more effectively. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented. A space where you feel understood but also challenged toward growth. I focus on helping you move from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling steady, confident, and in control.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and not judged. I believe anxiety, burnout, and relationship stress don’t mean you’re weak; they often mean you’ve been strong for too long without enough support. I believe healing happens when insight meets action: understanding your patterns while learning practical skills to respond differently. I value honesty, accountability, and compassion in the therapy room. I believe boundaries are essential, self-care is not selfish, and growth is possible even in the middle of conflict or crisis. Most of all, I believe you are not broken; you may just need support, clarity, and the right tools to move forward.
