About My Clients

If you’re moving through life with ADHD, anxiety, disordered eating, or the weight of expectations not built for your brain, you’re not alone. I work with teens, women, and individuals who feel overwhelmed or misunderstood. Our work is a collaborative, creative space to untangle shame, honor every part of you, slow down, and nurture tools that genuinely fit your uniquely wired mind and the life you want to grow.

My Background and Approach

As a neurodivergent therapist and resident in counseling, with training in trauma-informed art therapy, somatic approaches, and energy healing, I draw from a holistic, integrative toolkit to support the way your brain and body move through the world. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in schools, community programs, and outpatient settings, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma, especially in women, girls, and LGBTQ+ individuals whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood. My approach is collaborative, curious, and adaptive; I believe therapy should flex to meet you, not the other way around. Together, we slow down, notice what feels tender or tangled, and use creative, somatic, and person-centered tools to build insight, self-trust, and regulation. Whether we’re using art, movement, metaphor, or grounding practices, my goal is to help you find clarity, connection, and strategies that actually fit your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in creating spaces where people don’t have to mask, minimize themselves, or perform to be accepted. I believe people are allowed to take up space, change their minds, and grow at their own pace. I’m a neurodivergent therapist who values honesty, curiosity, and care—for myself and for the communities I’m part of, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent spaces. I care about social justice, accessibility, and doing the ongoing work of cultural humility. When I’m not with clients, you’ll usually find me making art, meandering through a museum, listening to an audiobook, or spending time grounding in nature. I'd love to connect with you and talk about how I may be able to support you in your life right now, send me a message or follow up on the Kaleidoscope Art Therapy Website https://www.kaleidoscope-arttherapy.com/contact
