About My Clients
If you're here, you might be thinking of making some changes in your life. Whether that means breaking out of problematic patterns, having better relationships, or living a more fulfilled life, I am here to walk with you through that journey. I work with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief/loss, family issues, intergenerational conflict, life transitions, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, achievement addiction, and more.
My Background and Approach
I help people understand what is getting in the way of living their best life, and walk with them towards it. My approach to therapy is a combination of compassion and honesty. Together, we will create a safe space where all parts of you are welcome. You are unique and your mental health journey will be too. I can help you create an individualized plan for the change you are hoping to experience, and walk with you along the way. I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself in order to help facilitate change. This includes: CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, Time Limited Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Therapy, and others.
