About My Clients
Have you ever felt stuck in patterns of anxiety, intense emotions, perfectionism, or relationship struggles? Maybe past experiences continue to affect how you feel today, and you are ready for something to change. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I believe you hold an inner wisdom that can guide you toward healing and meaningful change. I compassionately support children, teens, adults, parents, and families in navigating life’s challenges and creating meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you develop practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and ease. I support children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families experiencing anxiety, mood and personality disorders, panic, perfectionism, grief and loss, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with an understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and bodies work together. Drawing on experience in residential, hospital, community mental health, and school-based settings, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your connection to yourself and others. I utilize EMDR, DBT, RO-DBT, IFS, ACT, and Somatic Expereincing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we each have the capacity for healing, growth, and a more meaningful life. Sometimes, life experiences, difficult emotions, and patterns we have developed to cope can make it hard to understand what we truly need or want. I believe growth begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion, and better understand the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and bodies. My hope is to create a trusting, supportive space where you feel seen and understood, develop a deeper connection with yourself, and discover the confidence to live in alignment with who you are and what matters most to you.
