About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults and teens who find themselves struggling with relationship issues (divorce, breakup, abuse, etc.), addiction, and/or major life changes. If you're looking for a safe place to talk I am available using teletherapy. I welcome feedback and work hard to keep the communication lines open.
My Background and Approach
My approach encompasses nonjudgemental support to create a practical solution for whatever might be going on in your life. I use solution focused therapy to encourage clients to explore what coping skills they are already using and how to modify and expand them. I hope that when we talk, you feel safe, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes.
