I help couples address and atone for past betrayals, understand relationship vulnerabilities and re-establish meaningful secure marriages/relationships. Couples and individuals will learn tools needed to communicate effectively and compassionately, manage their own strong negative feelings, maintain healthy boundaries to move forward with the future of their relationships. I helped many couples heal from affairs, improve their communication and increase relationship satisfaction.
My Background and Approach
I am skilled in Gottman, EFT and DBT for couples approach, which focuses on healthy conflict management, fostering respect and closeness in couples through assessment and research-based interventions. I hold a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy.
