One cannot control the uncontrollable, nor can past events be rewritten. I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment, and help clients glean insight and awareness to better understand their circumstances, learn to develop healthy & effective coping skills, and promote optimal responses leading to better self-understanding and positive change.
