About My Clients
My expertise lies in women's mental health, parenting, and supporting individuals with invisible disabilities. Within my private practice, I specialize in providing care to women who are navigating pregnancy, the postpartum period, fertility challenges, or trying to conceive. Through the convenience of telehealth, I am able to assist patients across New York and Florida.
My Background and Approach
After receiving my General Psychiatry degree from Mount Sinai Beth Israel, I trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Miami. While at Miami, I helped grow its Perinatal Psychiatry Clinic as well as work with the OBGYN Department on patient care & research in women's heath. I also worked as a psychiatrist at The Motherhood Center of New York treating pregnant and postpartum people in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. I have received additional education in psychodynamic psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice, I am also a voluntary faculty at the University of Miami. I believe in a warm, pragmatic approach in which patients' own experience & expertise deeply inform my clinical recommendations. Above all, I strive to give patients all of the support they need to make the best decisions for themselves & their families.
