I have been helping people to improve their mental health and well-being for more than ten years. I am licensed in WA, NV, TX, MN, FL, and KY. I work with individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in women’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma. I also have a great deal of experience with anxiety, depression, grief, and stressful life transitions.
