About My Clients
Struggling with self-doubt or feeling like you're never "enough"? You're not alone. It doesn't have to stay that way. Together, we'll explore the beliefs and experiences that shaped how you see yourself, gently challenge the inner critic, and build a more compassionate relationship with who you truly are. Find your voice, set healthy boundaries, and take the actions that support your authentic goals. Healing your self-worth is possible!
My Background and Approach
I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring each person's unique journey and the experiences that have shaped them. My work centers on helping adults who feel stuck, whether due to depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, or patterns rooted in adverse childhood experiences, move toward lives that feel connected and purposeful. I specialize in working with the deeper layers of healing: accessing what is held in the body, rewiring the nervous system for safety, and releasing emotional associations stored in the unconscious mind. This work is especially meaningful for those whose early experiences left an imprint that still shows up in their relationships, self-worth, or sense of possibility. I draw from Hypnosis, Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Breathwork, and Somatic Work. Together, we work at the level where lasting change actually happens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My own path has been anything but conventional. Rooted in non-traditional spirituality, I understand how it feels to be outside the accepted norm. I bring a grounded, open-hearted perspective to clients who are navigating unconventional experiences, different from what mainstream culture tends to validate. I welcome authentic connection in the therapeutic space, without agenda or assumption. I identify as part of the LGBTQIA2+ community, and I hold deep awareness of the ways colonization, patriarchy, and systemic harm shape our inner lives, relationships, and sense of self. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
