About My Clients
Your mind never stops running, yet you still feel “behind.” You're juggling it all. Add in anxiety, the weight of expectations, or ADHD and its feeling like too much! There is an easier way. Let me help you find it. I'll provide a culturally affirming, trauma-informed space where we work with who you are—not against it. Together, we'll develop strategies to manage overwhelm, improve focus, and quiet that inner critic. My goal is to help you experience more calm, and clarity in your daily life.
My Background and Approach
Working with me feels less like running through a scripted evaluation and more like we're just having good conversation. I show up as a real person first — warm, curious, and genuinely interested in getting to know you. The first few sessions are really about building an understanding of what you're needing from therapy. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, but productive, and build from there. Progress looks like feeling more like yourself — less exhausted, less stuck, more focused and grounded in daily life. I love working with two groups in particular: women navigating life's harder seasons, and adults who suspect or know they have ADHD and are ready to stop fighting how their brain works.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My path to this work was deeply personal. Growing up, I watched my family carry mental health struggles across generations without access to support. As a teenager, I was lucky to receive therapy, which changed my life. That experience, combined with community work exploring barriers to mental healthcare in historically marginalized communities, shaped my approach. I believe healing is tied to identity, culture, and context. I know what it feels like to run on empty, to wonder why everything feels harder than it should, and to finally find a language for what you've been experiencing. My own ADHD diagnosis, health challenges, and major life transitions have taught me as much as my training has. I'd love to work alongside people walking that same path.
