About My Clients
Have you experienced some kind of stress or emotional pain? I can provide a safe place to process through some of life's circumstances. I am passionate about helping adults overcome difficulties and improve their daily life through counseling. I can help clients build greater self-awareness by exploring thoughts, emotions, behaviors and experiences.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with teens and adults. As well, I have both led and co-led therapeutic groups. I truly believe that a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere; makes for a strong therapeutic alliance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have years of passionately volunteering in different roles and capacities including first-responder organizations, youth helplines and domestic violence non-profit(s). Each of these have given me a distinct knowledge of the mental health impacts for first-responders, and survivors of domestic violence.
