About My Clients
I enjoy working with women who are navigating the unique challenges that come with different stages of life and are ready to reconnect with themselves. My ideal client is someone who feels disconnected from who she is or struggles to feel comfortable in her own skin—whether she's facing relationship or career transitions in her 20s, the complexities of motherhood in her 30s and 40s, or the emotional and physical changes that accompany caregiving, menopause, and midlife in her 50s and beyond.
My Background and Approach
Hi! I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at The University of Louisiana Monroe pursuing a Master's in Counseling. Before pursuing a career in counseling, I worked (and still work) as a postpartum doula and pediatric sleep consultant, partnering with families during the early stages of parenthood. I completed a certification in Infant Mental Health through the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto and completed a Maternal Mental Health certificate course from Postpartum Support International. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, feminist, and holistic principles, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I have a special interest in working with women of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity shifts, and the demands of caregiving.
