About My Clients

I work with high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. Many of my clients struggle with balancing personal and professional responsibilities while feeling disconnected from what truly matters. I help women manage anxiety, people-pleasing, and relationship issues, guiding them toward more balance and fulfillment in their lives.

My Background and Approach

With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping women overcome anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. I use a blend of EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Flash Technique to help clients address trauma, manage stress, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate and practical, giving you the tools to navigate life’s challenges while staying grounded in your values. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and create a path forward that feels balanced and fulfilling.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m deeply committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care to women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, and life’s challenges. I value honesty, authenticity, and real connection. In therapy, I believe in showing up fully and creating a space where you feel comfortable being your true self—no filters, no judgment. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore what really matters to you, and I’ll always be upfront with you, even when it’s hard. My work is rooted in helping you live in a way that feels more aligned with your values and true desires.
