My Background and Approach
I combine all-encompassing, compassionate care with quality therapeutic services for adults and for those seeking group therapy. My training and experience over the last 13 years have included substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, codependency, divorce, trauma, binge eating disorder and other mental health concerns. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and create a space to cultivate meaningful progress and restoration of the things that seem out of balance in your life. I am a therapist who brings compassion and sincerity to the therapeutic process. I approach my profession with a client-centered, strength based therapeutic process supporting the individual’s journey with seeking a therapist. I utilize a person-centered approach to counseling, which means that my clients are the experts in their own life, and in my office. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold licenses in both California and Washington State.
