I am here to be a team, working together towards goals you wish to accomplish and achieve. Therapy can be difficult and scary, yet so rewarding – which is why I give so much credit to anyone who is willing to give the therapeutic experience a try! Everyone deserves happiness and a life of enjoyment, and I am here to support you on that journey.
My Background and Approach
My philosophy as a therapist is to meet each client where they are at with understanding and support. I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach where empathy and trust are the most important elements. I also enjoy implementing a variety of treatment methods to help clients accomplish their goals and work towards becoming the best version of themselves. I believe that one’s attitude and perspective are especially important. If you can shift your perspective and/or attitude, you can change the way you feel, which then changes the way you act or think.
