About My Clients
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. Using a collaborative and client-centered approach, I help individuals build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for them.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe healing begins in a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences openly. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating mindfulness, person-centered techniques, and other evidence-based approaches when appropriate. My goal is to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical coping strategies that support long-term growth and emotional wellness. I value open communication, empathy, and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship. Together, we will identify meaningful goals, build on your strengths, and work toward creating positive and lasting change in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when provided with the right support and environment. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on trust, empathy, and respect. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves without fear of judgment. I believe that each individual’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique, which is why I take a personalized and client-centered approach to care. I value authenticity, open communication, and compassion throughout the therapeutic process. I also believe that healing is not always linear, and progress can look different for everyone. As a therapist, I strive to empower clients by helping them build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and recognize their own resilience. I am committed to supporting clients as they work toward greater balance, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
