About My Clients
I specialize in supporting individuals exploring gender identity, sexuality, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and substance use—always with an awareness of the broader social and structural forces that impact well-being.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, client-centered, and justice-informed, drawing from advanced training in Attachment Focused EMDR, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People seek therapy for many reasons, but at its core, the goal is often to live more fully, freely, and authentically in a world that doesn’t always make space for us. I provide an affirming, anti-oppressive space where you can be heard, gain insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change on your own terms. Healing is both personal and collective. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and our work will center your agency, wisdom, and resilience. Together, we’ll honor your lived experience, challenge the systems that have shaped your struggles, and cultivate the skills to navigate life with greater ease and empowerment.
