My Background and Approach
I believe people are often much more resilient and capable than they realize. Many individuals spend years managing responsibilities, caring for others, and meeting expectations while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy provides a space where you no longer have to handle everything alone. I believe meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness and compassion toward yourself. When we better understand the patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we gain the ability to make more intentional choices about how we respond to life’s challenges. I also believe therapy should be practical and collaborative. Insight is important, but lasting change happens when new perspectives are paired with tools you can use in your everyday life. My goal is to help you build the confidence, clarity, and resilience needed to create a healthier balance and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel respected, heard, and able to speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment. Many individuals spend much of their lives meeting expectations, supporting others, and pushing through stress without having a place to pause and focus on their own well-being. Having a supportive space to reflect and process life’s challenges can be an important step toward meaningful change. I believe growth begins with self-awareness and compassion. When people understand the patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, they are better able to make intentional choices about how they respond to stress and difficult situations. I value inclusivity and respect for diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives. Everyone deserves access to a supportive environment where they feel safe exploring their concerns and goals. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported in building balance and resilience.
