About My Clients
I often work with individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, improve management of difficult emotions, rediscover joy, and redefine themselves from painful life experiences. Learning about the mind-body connection, unpacking problematic beliefs of self and/or others, developing effective communication tools, and living authentically are common themes in my practice.
My Background and Approach
I offer a therapeutic approach that is integrative in nature and unique to each individual based on their needs and desired goals. I incorporate evidence-based interventions that I am trained in, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based interventions, yoga, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse communities of all forms, particularly Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Gender Non-conforming individuals, people of color, and non-monogamous relationships.
