About My Clients
I work with young men navigating recovery, relationships, identity, and the challenges of becoming the person they want to be. Many are working through emotional struggles, confidence, accountability, or finding direction. I also work with couples affected by addiction who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and create a stronger relationship.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in strong values. I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness, personal responsibility, and a willingness to look honestly at what is and isn't working in your life. I work with young men navigating recovery, relationships, identity, and life transitions, as well as couples affected by addiction. My work focuses on helping clients develop emotional awareness, accountability, confidence, communication skills, healthy boundaries, and stronger relationships. I strive to create an environment where clients feel understood and respected while also being challenged to grow. Therapy is not about simply talking through problems; it is about gaining insight, developing practical tools, and making meaningful changes that carry into everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am rooted in honesty, accountability, and honor. I believe meaningful change begins with the willingness to be honest with ourselves, take responsibility for our choices, and live in alignment with our values. I believe strong relationships, personal integrity, and purpose are essential to a fulfilling life. I believe recovery is about more than simply stopping a substance or changing a behavior. It is about learning to live differently, building healthier relationships, and becoming the person you want to be. Therapy should provide both support and challenge. My goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, make intentional choices, and build a life and relationships that reflect what matters most to them.
