My Background and Approach
If you are feeling "stuck" or constantly fear the worse thing happening, have experienced or witnessed traumatic events, or you are having difficulty in a romantic or professional relationship, I am a good fit for your therapy needs. I know asking for help can be hard, especially if you identify as Black, Brown, or Immigrant. Your decision to seek help from a Therapist is a sign of courage and self-awareness, not weakness. Our therapeutic relationship will help you gain awareness for life events and generational patterns that are influencing present day concerns. You will also develop new coping skills to feel more relaxed, and confident in your daily life.
