About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, emotionally aware (or want to be), and often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together. They’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or big life shifts - and they’re craving space to slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with themselves. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they’re becoming. They want clarity, alignment, and a space where they don’t have to have it all figured out.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, grief, and relationship challenges. My background includes working at the YWCA with trauma survivors and at Kaiser Permanente’s Intensive Outpatient Program, where I led groups on self-compassion, emotional regulation, and values-based living. I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and draw from a mix of humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. Whether you’re navigating a big life transition or simply feeling off and unsure why, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s coming up, deepen your connection to yourself, and find a way forward that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in therapy as a space for honesty, healing, and liberation. I’m committed to practicing through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens and strive to create an environment that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for all identities and lived experiences. I support LGBTQIA+ rights, racial justice, reproductive freedom, and mental health access for all. I value curiosity, compassion, and the power of authentic connection. Outside of therapy, I’m a runner, a reader, and someone who deeply values community care.
