If you are someone struggling with challenges related to gender-identity, interpersonal skills, life transitions, managing ADHD symptoms, trauma or PTSD, anxiety, and/or depression, I may be a good fit for you.
My Background and Approach
In my work with you, we'll focus on a collaborative approach that centers your goals and gets to the root of your struggles. We may work on strategies to increase resilience in the face of strong emotions and life-challenges. We will address patterns that may have been helpful at one point that no longer serve you and work to build new ones. We may work on rebuilding the story of your life through a new lens that empowers you and gives you control. Throughout this, my hope is to provide non-judgmental and empathic care.

I believe that all people are capable of growth and hold a great capacity for improvement. Each person is unique in their journey towards growth, which means each person requires a personalized approach.
