About My Clients
Have you been considering a change in your life, but don't know where to start? I approach the therapeutic process through a compassionate and collaborative framework, allowing for my clients to hold onto and further develop their innate dignity, self-worth, and self-determinism while simultaneously walking with them through their internal process of change.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in inpatient substance use environments as well as outpatient therapy. My specialty is working with anxiety/worry as well as addictions. I also help people who are looking to heal from depression, manage relationship issues, or navigate life transitions. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and is always collaborative and person-centered. I strive to create an environment where clients can express all of their thoughts, feelings, and desires in a non-judgemental space, as well as highlight the qualities that make them truly unique. Treatment interventions are tailored to fit your needs and are always person-centered. I have evening and weekend appointments available. Let's talk.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life is a process of change, and that we are all trying our best to ride the waves of experience life has to offer us. I truly don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity and have witnessed many people in my personal and professional life overcome obstacles and display tremendous resilience and adaptability in the face of these waves.
