About My Clients
I work with a wide variety of clients across the lifespan, meeting each person or couple where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs, goals, and circumstances. My practice includes individuals, couples, and families who are navigating both acute challenges and longer-standing patterns that impact their emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I am an eclectic mental health therapist who believes effective therapy begins by meeting each client exactly where they are. By understanding the individual's needs, strengths, and goals, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to create a treatment plan that is the best fit for that person, at that time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense in the context of their lived experiences, and that even painful or unhelpful patterns often reflect once-adaptive ways of coping. My role as a therapist is not to fix, but to collaborate—creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel deeply understood while being gently challenged toward growth. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based practices and tailoring treatment to the individual. I believe meaningful change is possible at any stage of life and occurs through insight, compassion, and the strengthening of skills that support healthier relationships with self and others.
