About My Clients
Many of the patients I see have experienced ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood instability, and self judgment among other things. We may find our beliefs about ourselves in direct conflict with our goals and values as we struggle with negative self talk, disorganization, or a lack of motivation. However, these feelings and experiences don't have to define who we are.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Fordham University in January 2021 and began working at an outpatient clinic for those with substance use disorders. Since then I have primarily worked with patients with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal/family conflict. I am trained in multiple therapeutic interventions and as a result I utilize different techniques to best fit your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are resilient and capable of change and growth at any time. Labels don't define who we are or what we're capable of. If you feel you are ready to take on the unknown that is the future and change, I'd be honored to join you in that endeavor. I look forward to us meeting.
