About My Clients
I am a licensed psychologist with both a clinical child and school psychology background which uniquely qualifies me to support adolescents and children across multiple settings, including school, community, and mental health centers. I have specialized training working with clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and chronic medical conditions.
My Background and Approach
I am very passionate about ensuring that all of my clients are comfortable. It is very important to me that the therapy process is collaborative and that it cultivates an environment of trust and understanding. My hope is that each client feels empowered to effect changes in their life to further support their mental health. My goal is that clients are equipped with skills and coping strategies to successfully manage their identified concerns. This is done in an environment of support and warmth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about supporting adolescents and their families through life’s ups and downs, and providing support during life transitions. This passion is reflected in my own life and in actively raising 3 children (and all of the unexpected twists that their individuality brings with it).
