About My Clients
My ideal clients are women and couples in seasons of change. New parents adjusting to postpartum life. Partners feeling disconnected. Women rediscovering who they are beyond roles and expectations. I specialize in motherhood transitions, relationship repair, and intimacy concerns, and I welcome LGBTQ+, poly, and diverse family structures.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C), and Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I’ve worked in mental health since 2013 and specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, relationship repair, and intimacy concerns. My training allows me to understand both the emotional and physiological shifts that impact identity, desire, and partnership. Over years of advanced training, I’ve developed an integrative approach, drawing from multiple modalities to create what works best for you. Therapy with me is both deeply validating and skill-focused. You won’t just gain insight. You’ll leave with language, practical tools, and clarity you can use in your daily life and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. Creating that safety is not passive, it is intentional. I actively work to build a space grounded in consent, respect, cultural humility, and relational accountability. I am affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, poly and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and diverse family structures. I support reproductive autonomy, maternal mental health advocacy, and equitable access to care. My work centers honesty, empowerment, and helping women and couples speak their needs clearly and confidently. Therapy with me is not neutral about dignity or safety. It is a collaborative space where your identity is respected and your growth is supported in ways that feel sustainable and real.
