My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach which may include: Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, or Person Centered Therapy based on the client’s needs.

Since 2010, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to treat depression, PTSD, anxiety, mood and other disorders.
