My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My goal for you is to feel your best, have confidence, and truly understand yourself and your mental health. For the last 3 years I have focused on individual therapy for people battling with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, and ADHD. My focus is to help you gain knowledge to apply to your everyday life for significant improvement.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be available for everyone. My goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible by offering fully remote sessions so you can feel comfortable in your own home, surrounded by your own things. I believe growth comes from a strong therapeutic relationship and I aim to build that up first and foremost before diving in. I want to know as much about your life and who you are that you are willing to share because I care about you both inside and outside of sessions. I support all walks of life and will meet you wherever you are in life.
