About My Clients
My clients often report that these struggles affect their academics/work, relationships, and generally like they keep them from moving forward in life. I also work with first responders who endure the unique challenges of safeguarding our communities. As a former first responder, I know the culture you’re coming from and the pitfalls of unmanaged stress. My clients range from teens to young adults to adults who feel like they are missing out on the precious moments of their life.
My Background and Approach
I am an expert in some things, such as helping people outline their goals, create a framework to get there, how to explore emotional barriers that keep them from those goals, and increasing your relational capacity. However, I am not an expert in your life or knowing what is best for you, so my approach is highly collaborative. My background is in crisis work and high risk therapy services, so there is likely nothing you can tell me that will scare me away nor will surprise me.
