About My Clients
Always having to seem “okay” without truly feeling okay is exhausting. You may have faced loss, addiction, relationship struggles, or mental health challenges that left you feeling disconnected from yourself and uncertain about the path ahead. It takes real courage to open up—and even more to stay committed until you find the right therapist. My approach is warm, curious, and conversational, offering judgment-free space to speak honestly and work things through together.
My Background and Approach
I provide psychotherapy through Great Lakes Psychology Group. I’m a graduate of Michigan State University and my degree is in Clinical Social Work (LLMSW). I’m currently in my SW Limited-License, but I’ve been in the field over ten years. A lot of my experience is working with SPMI populations, neurodivergent folks, people with Substance Use Disorder, and also individuals who have experienced trauma. I like to use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral strategies, and Existential exploration; all with a warm & compassionate Person-Centered approach.
