About My Clients
My goal in therapy is to join my patients in the process by staying curious about thoughts, feelings, motivations, and behaviors in order to help identify and understand obstacles to growth. I have worked with individuals across all walks of life dealing with anxiety, addiction, depression, spiritual issues, emotional challenges and mood/thought disorders.
My Background and Approach
As a relationally and psychodynamically influenced therapist, I am interested in unconscious motivations and how they influence our daily lives and relationships. I believe as we begin to process and understand how our past impacts our present, we work to cultivate awareness, find acceptance, and create meaning in our struggle.
