About My Clients
I work especially well with adults and adolescents who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed. This may show up as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, ADHD-related challenges, relationship stress, or difficulty navigating life transitions. I also welcome clients exploring questions related to identity, gender, sexuality, dysphoria, and belonging, and I aim to provide an affirming space where clients can speak openly and feel respected. My style is collaborative and trauma-informed.
My Background and Approach
Hi! I’m Nick, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University in 2023, and previously completed my Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Penn State University in 2020. Over the years, I've worked in inpatient, outpatient, correctional, telehealth, and child-focused settings. I've provided comprehensive mental health assessments, individual psychotherapy and couples therapy at Peninsula Behavioral Health in Sequim, Washington from 2023-2024, as well as at Sun Point Wellness Center in Lancaster, PA from 2024-2026. I've also conducted group therapies at the Child Study Center at Penn State University from 2019-2020, as well as one at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill in 2019, and at WellSpan York Hospital's Behavioral Health Unit in 2023.
