About My Clients
I have experience working with individuals, families, teenagers, and groups seeking recovery from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked with diverse populations across private practice, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care.
My Background and Approach
Our first few sessions will often consist of gathering relevant information required to tailor a unique approach to your specific needs. I interweave Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide structure for how we will begin to move towards healing with these evidence-based practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in helping others in whatever way I can. When not providing therapy I volunteer for King County Explorer Search and Rescue (ESAR). ESAR is a highly versatile team that serves as King County’s primary ground search and rescue unit. ESAR is the largest of King County’s SAR units and it maintains an advanced technical rescue team, a group of nationally and state-certified EMTs (emergency medical technicians), and it supports a robust youth development program.
