About My Clients
My ideal client is you—the person who has chosen to take this step. You do not have to arrive with the “right” emotions, behaviors, answers, or goals. You can come as you are. My responsibility is to meet you where you are, listen to what your experiences mean to you, and provide therapeutic and holistic support that honors your individual journey. Together, we will explore whether I am the right person to walk alongside you as you make choices that help you say, “I am okay.”
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy begins with you. I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual, so I take time to understand who you are, your experiences, your strengths, and what you want for your life. From there, I use therapeutic approaches and practical tools that best support your individual needs. Our sessions are empowering, supportive, collaborative, and intentional. Each time we meet, my goal is for you to walk away feeling more empowered—with a greater understanding of yourself, your strengths, your voice, and the choices available to you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions and develop practical tools you can use to navigate everyday challenges and the choices life brings.

I also believe you have the right to change, to shift your perspective, and to choose yourself. You do not have to remain in old patterns, expectations, or roles that no longer fit you. You are not required to live up to others’ expectations—or even your own past ones. You have the right to choose freedom, peace, and happiness, and to redefine what “being okay” means for you at any point in your life. I believe the tools and concepts I use are not only for crisis moments, but for everyday life. They are meant to support you in every decision and environment. In each moment, you are choosing between thoughts, emotions, responses, and out
