About My Clients
My clients struggle with being present in their day-to-day lives and miss the ability to enjoy themselves. They struggle with hopeless thoughts, or emotions, or have a difficult time feeling connected with loved ones makes being present and enjoying life seem like a burden. They have low energy and even physical/health concerns arising along with mood symptoms. I want to work with you and help you develop coping skills and process your inner dialogue.
My Background and Approach
I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and I support my clients by using their experiential knowledge to improve coping skills, build and strengthen relationships, and practice more self-compassion. We explore you're past for resources that need to be revitalized and explore what resources you have in your routine and support system. From there if you're more thought focused that's where we'll start. If you're wanting to sit and sift through the overwhelming depression we'll start with those feelings. No one should feel like change is hopeless in their endeavor to become happier with their life. So let's take this journey together!
