About My Clients
My clients benefit from addressing issues within the framework of intersectionality of identities. Working with my clients in addressing presenting issues informed with the unique aspects of their experiences is a privilege. I also work with clients in learning new coping skills and building on prior tools that have been part of their resilience.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in hospital settings, outpatient clinics, along with community mental health settings in the Santa Clara County. My passion has been to empower and uplift marginalized and minority communities by addressing mental health education and treatment. I find that clients who work well with me are open-minded, motivated to learn and receptive to feedback in addressing areas of improvement. They desire to take small and active steps towards their goals. I am only providing teletherapy (online) in California
