My Background and Approach
Nhautrey is the owner and lead therapist of Why's Words Therapy. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. Followig, she earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Seattle University. While finishing her Master's Degree, she completed a host of clinical internships in various capacities, providing mental health and social services to individuals, groups and families of all ages and backgrounds. Nhautrey continues to work as a therapist, providing mental health services in the state of Washington, as well as a consultant and public mental health speaker. Nhautrey recognizes everyone's contribution to the world and therefore integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches and psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to each individuals needs and goals. While staying current on trainings, studies and psychological/clinical approaches, Nhautrey is dedicated to providing the best services to all individuals and families!
