About My Clients

I work with adults, couples, and teens facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, grief, and the pressures of demanding careers. Many of my clients are successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in recurring patterns. Together, we develop a deeper understanding of what is driving those struggles, creating lasting change, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of fulfillment.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience helping adults, couples, teens, and families navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and connection. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. At the same time, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT when practical strategies and skill-building are needed. I believe therapy should never feel formulaic. Every person brings a unique history, personality, and set of circumstances, so I tailor my approach to each client rather than relying on a single method. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, life transitions, grief, or the pressures of a demanding career, our work together is designed to help you better understand yourself, break free from recurring patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely understood. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest about the parts of themselves they may have never shared with anyone else. I value curiosity over judgment and believe that lasting growth comes from understanding ourselves with greater compassion rather than criticism. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and relationship structures, and I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming environment where each person's unique experiences are respected. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in that process. Outside of my work, I value time with family, being outdoors, reading, cooking, and continuing to learn—experiences that help me stay grounded, curious, and present for the people I work with.
