EMDR has been proven to be effective with individuals that experience PTSD. During EMDR therapy, the therapist helps the client access and process traumatic memories, beliefs, and emotions. This is done through bilateral stimulation, which can include eye movements, taps, or tones. The bilateral stimulation is thought to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories, making them less distressing.

I have experience in treating individuals with depression, employing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy . I have found CBT particularly effective in helping clients change their thought processes, leading to changes in feelings and behaviors. Additionally, I empower clients to change their narrative, encouraging a shift toward more positive and empowering self-perceptions. I also incorporate mindfulness-based therapy techniques to enhance overall well-being and resilience

One of my areas of expertise lies in treating individuals with General Anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, and panic attacks. In my approach to working with clients presenting these diagnoses, I employ several modalities. One key modality is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), where I assist clients in emotional regulation, including teaching skills in distress tolerance and radical acceptance. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices which prove to be effective
