Are you late identified or diagnosed, processing what it all means, while addressing grief & trauma with a belief its got to be possible to have a kinder, more supportive, & authentic life? I help people reconnect, clarify what matters, recover from burnout, resume living after trauma, & reconnecting to themselves.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in neurodivergent affirming care for Autistics, those with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression and dissociative experiences. I incorporate somatic experiences such as expressive art, movement, and play to help you be at home in your body. Organizational and lifestyle supports around executive functioning, self care, and in work to make existence easier. A will commit to seeing you, hearing your concerns, respecting your experiences, and adapting my skillset to uniquely align to what you're seeking to the best of my ability. I come to this work through a combination of my own lived experience, training from other thought leaders in neurodivergent affirmative care, clinical training, and wisdom passed to me by way of clients.

I believe you're not the problem. That therapy is political. That trans rights are human rights. That you're worthy of dignified care. That dogs rule.
