My Background and Approach
For couples, I offer a neutral perspective as we work as a team to identify the underlying challenges that are contributing to problems and practice new ways of interacting that leave each person feeling more fulfilled by the relationship and connected to their partner. Whether it’s strengthening communication, navigating differences, restoring lost trust, improving your sex life, reducing conflict, or any other goal you may share, the focus is on helping each person gain awareness of their own role in conflicts, better understand and empathize with their partner’s views, and develop skills to bring positive change to the relationship. For individuals, I offer a listening ear and consistent support, collaborating with you from a place of curiosity and respect as we work together toward your goals, however you define them. As you navigate the challenges in your life, I provide encouragement, help you find hope, celebrate your victories, and give you a hand up if you get knocked down.
