About My Clients
I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families utilizing Telehealth therapy exclusively at this time. I specialize in anxiety management, depression, trauma informed care, relationships, parenting support, life transitions, grief and loss, self-care and self- awareness. I am passionate about supporting individuals facing challenges with substance use, and sustaining their recovery plans.
My Background and Approach
I utilize therapy that is focused on strengths and reducing stress within a system, whether that is the family unit, work team, peer group, etc. I engage with people with compassion, collaborate on goals and assist with improving relationships with self and others. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University. Additionally I clinically supervise other clinicians working toward their licensure and offer workshops on a wide variety of topics.
