My Background and Approach
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with individual adults, children, couples and families to address an array of presenting issues. Some examples are: problems in relationships, chronic pain/medical issues, poor self image, the presence and/or memory of traumatic events such as abuse, neglect, or an unexpected tragedy or loss. Other examples include: inability to make decisions, perfectionism, circular and fear-based thinking. I help my clients achieve relief from anxiety, negative self-talk, fear, phobias, depression, feelings of guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness. During the course of therapy, an awareness of the true obstacles hindering emotional balance emerges, as does an increase in self-love. I blend Eco-Systemic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, which means that I will emphasize and encourage awareness of your relationship with yourself and with immediate within a larger social context. The therapeutic blueprint for your ‘therapy map’ is then created.

In a open and relaxed environment, I collaborate with you to create goals for therapy via a living, adaptable, ‘therapy map’ of practices and modalities that is unique to your own personality and your unique vision of peace within yourself and in your relationships.
