My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy and life coaching is solution-focused and future oriented. I am a certified EMDR therapist, board certified life coach and board certified in telemental health. I will tailor our sessions based on your goals and provide you tools that will help you manage your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
For over 30 years I have dedicated my career to empowering and improving lives of those who are marginalized, under-represented and faced with life challenges. I draw on my teaching, coaching, mentoring, and counseling experiences from my careers as a corporate executive and behavioral health specialist to engage individuals. I believe that our life journey is a life long learning process - we learn about ourselves and others everyday. If we open our minds and hearts and embrace the possibility of hope we can achieve anything.
