About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have over 20 years of experience working in mental health and have been practicing independently since 2014. My experiences include working with adults, families and our nation’s veterans. I have practiced in a variety of settings such as group homes, hospitals, community outreach and therapy offices. I use a trauma-sensitive and person-centered approach to help clients cope better with anxiety, improve relationships and resolve the concerns that brought them into treatment.

I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship in which there is a mutual sense of safety and respect. You can be assured that in our time together your voice will be heard and you will be supported throughout your therapy journey.
