Things need to change. Maybe you know what needs to be different, but don't know how to make that leap - or maybe you have no idea what needs to change, but you know it has to happen! If you're in that place, you're probably feeling stressed out, uncertain, and full of self-doubt. Your anxieties might be telling you to stay put, not rock the boat. So here you are, at a point of transition in your life, and you need someone along to help you sort this out and figure out which way to go.
My Background and Approach
No matter how much time we spend together, I will never know and understand more about you than what you know. So you might wonder, how can I help you? Well, if you're seeking therapy, then there's something going on that you can't quite figure out or know how to manage on your own, and this is where I come in. I will work with you to identify what needs to change and provide you with tools and resources along the way. I won't tell you what to do because my goal is to get you to a place where you can take the process and skills you learn in therapy, and apply them in your future. As a systemically trained therapist, I also believe that addressing just what's in your head is not enough because you are a person in context and not isolated from your relationships or your environment. In addition, I provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in my office, and I offer psychedelic integration therapy for experiences you might have had on your own.
